This is my diary about spending time in a school in Malawi. ~赴任後12カ月~

I am so tired today, I told my students that I am not their friend and their sister because some students sometimes spoke to me in a friendly way. I just keep the distance from my students.

I have to maintain my relationship with them as a teacher.

I asked the student who denied making unnecessary noise last week to answer how they can respect each other, be honest, be polite and be punctual. He answered me that he should act like a good student and follow the school rules. His classmates started reacting with a loud clap.

I always start teaching on time. I am punctua but many students were lazy. They are not often in a class, I remind them that they should be in class before it starts. I will go on reminding them every day, Finall, they were they are class ahead of me.

I was surprised that they were allready seated there. The reminder is taking effect. I hope that they will stay consistent in this attitude of punctuality.
